Villa Quinta de Santa Luzia
Set within the privacy of its own gardens and with direct access from the road, guests can make full use of the facilities on offer. These include: terrace with views over the bay of Funchal, a pool and kitchen house, bbq, full sized snooker table, piano, table football, table tennis and tennis court.
The kitchen was fully renovated in 2016 with modern appliances including a coffee machine. There is also a rather beautiful room available for conferences, and meditation/yoga retreats.
The house is ideal for large or multi-generational family/friend holidays, groups or incentives, retreats and weddings. This house can also be rented in conjunction with Quinta das Malvas for large family occassions.
The house sleeps 17 (8 doubles, 1 single - all ensuite except for two adjoining rooms) but can accomodate groups from 4 upwards.
We can organise for you:
- Breakfasts, Special meals, Small evening parties (Maximum 45 people) by the pool or in the billiard house
- Excursions around the island as well as boat trips.
A complimentary tour of the property is offered by the owner every wednesday which includes a little history of the family, the property, as well as the gardens and the vineyards.
Each guest receives a complementary basket with:
Lettuce and herbs from the Quinta, cheese and a loaf of bread, coffee beans.
Or for €35 there is a welcome basket that includes:
- Fresh herbs for teas from the Quinta
- lettuce from the Quinta
- A loaf of Bread
- Cheese,
- Butter,
- Smoked Ham,
- Jam
- A bottle of Madeira wine.
