High season June 16th till September 14th € 995,-- p.w.
Mid season March 31st till June 15th &
                       September 15th till November 2end € 595,-- p.w.
Low season November 3rd till March 30th € 350,-- p.w.

The above prices include:
* electricity, water and gas.
* cleaning the house once a week.
* bedding and towels, once a week.
* cleaning at the end of the rental period.

In the Mid and Low season the cost of electricity and wood used will be added to the rent.
On your arrival you will be asked to pay a returnable deposit of € 150, -- This will be refunded at the end of the rental period, if no damage is done to the house or its contents.

The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. If you cannot book flights for this day, we will consider a change of day.
Normally Casa da Luz can be rented for 6 people. However, 1 extra bed can be put in the casa slightly higher tariff. Please contact us for advice on your requirements. For families with small children a cot and highchair are available.
